Aliare, a company of technological solutions for agribusiness, announced this Friday, the 31st, the acquisition of Agrometrika, a pioneering company in credit and risk management solutions, with about 15 years of operation and approximately R$ 110 billion approved on its platform currently. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The annual gross revenue of Aliare is about R$ 150 million and has been growing between 15 and 20% in recent years, the company informed in a statement. According to Aliare, the operation occurs at a time when the Brazilian agribusiness is facing credit shortages and increasing challenges in risk management in the relationship between producers and suppliers.
