By Júlia Pestana São Paulo, 12/02/2026 - Ambev recorded a net income of R$ 4.5 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, a drop of 9.9% compared to the same period of the previous year. However, for the whole of 2025, the company closed the year with a profit of R$ 15.9 billion, an increase of 7.7% compared to 2024. Net revenue totaled R$ 24.8 billion between October and December, a decline of 8.2% compared to the annual comparison. According to the company, the performance reflected a volume contraction and margin pressure, despite the advance in organic revenue per hectoliter. “In 2025, the strength of our brands and the consistent execution of our strategy drove mid-single-digit growth in adjusted Ebitda, with margin expansion, despite a dynamic environment,” said Ambev's president, Carlos Lisboa.
