Americanas recently reported that it is still in the process of Market Sounding to prospect interested parties in the acquisition of the Hortifruti Natural da Terra business unit, as provided for in the Judicial Recovery Plan.
Additionally, the company emphasized that it has not received any binding proposal from any interested party or, in particular, from any of the companies mentioned in a request for clarification from the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) regarding news published in the press.
The company further reiterates that there is no exclusivity of negotiation agreement in effect.
