Thanks to the synchronization studies carried out for 4 years in the unit established by Kastamonu University, 24 lambs were obtained from 13 ewes in a single birth. The project aims to increase productivity in small ruminant farming. The "Sheep Breeding and Application Unit" was established by the Department of Veterinary at Kastamonu University Ihsangazi Vocational School within the scope of Scientific Research Projects (BAP). The unit, prepared in 2021 with the contributions and support of Kastamonu University, continues to contribute to the development of regional animal husbandry. In the unit, small ruminant animals have been monitored for 4 years in terms of care, feeding, health checks, and vaccinations. Thanks to the studies carried out in the unit, the ewes' estrus rate reached 80 percent, and the pregnancy rate exceeded 70 percent.
