Most often (23 cases) in June 2021, products with microbiological abnormalities were detected (Salmonella - 15 cases, Escherichia coli - 4 cases, Listeria - 3 cases, live bacteria - 1 case). In 10 cases, in June 2021, products with excess chemical and toxicological indicators were detected (mercury - 4 cases, okadic acid - 2 cases, cyclic acid, prometrine, ciguatoxin and control of the presence of radioactive elements in connection with the consequences of the accident at the Fukushima NPP - 1 each occasion). In addition, in June 2021, products with decomposition products, poor temperature control and labeling violations were detected (all 1 case). Most often (in 10 cases) inconsistencies were found in various types of frozen raw fish, in 4 cases inconsistencies were found in shellfish products, in 3 cases inconsistencies were found in swordfish and snow crab products.
