The Association of Oilseed and Wheat Producers (Anapo) is optimistic about the upcoming harvest, with 99% of soybeans expected to be produced in Santa Cruz department. The organization planted over 1 million hectares of soybeans in the summer campaign, contributing over $2 billion to Bolivia's economy in 2022. Despite these positive results, Anapo believes that productivity can still be improved and emphasizes the importance of state policies, especially the use of biotechnology, in achieving this.
