The Subtropical Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences harvests Russian feijoa varieties that are tasty, healthy, and resistant to weather. The center has created three domestic feijoa varieties - 'Dagomysskaya', 'Sentyabrskaya', and 'Dachnaya', with the 'Sentyabrskaya' variety already harvested. Feijoa is a promising crop in the region due to its lack of pests and diseases, and the center is also focused on improving the adaptation and yield of subtropical and citrus crops in Sochi.
