Asparagus production in Poland. Between import and the development of domestic production

After a long winter and a cold spring, the first asparagus of this year are more expensive than usual. On Thursday, in Poznań, the Polish Asparagus Producers' Association held a conference opening the asparagus season; Wielkopolska is the main producer of this vegetable.
