Il Cheese 2025 organized by Slow Food and the City of Bra, taking place from September 19 to 22 in the streets and squares of the historic center, will not only be an opportunity for hundreds of cheesemakers, shepherds, and enthusiasts to meet and celebrate raw milk cheese but also a journey rich with thematic spaces, a large market of over 400 exhibitors from all over Italy and 13 countries, with the possibility to participate in more than 350 events. 90 Slow Food Presidia, conferences, meetings, and sensory workshops related to "good, clean, and fair" food will be added to a space dedicated to coffee by the Slow Food Coffee Coalition under the wing of via Garibaldi.
