Australia's Department of National Development announced a 40 million Australian dollar sale in a project signed with a Chinese logistics company, China Eastern Logistics, for the import of Australian lobsters. This marks the resumption of lobster trade between China and Australia, with the first shipment delivered to major Chinese retailers. The partnership aims to leverage both parties' supply chain advantages to tap into the market's potential. In January and February alone, South Australia exported over 520 tons of lobsters to China, valued at 47.1 million Australian dollars.
