Azerbaijan is expecting to increase its gourd production in greenhouses by the end of 2020, as indicated by the Ministry of Agriculture. From January to July 2020, the country produced 363,200 tons of gourds, marking a 3.8% increase compared to the same period last year. Around 19,250 hectares of gourds were also sown in Azerbaijan during the first five months of 2020.
