The Azucarera company plans to invest 28.8 million euros over the next five years in its factory in Toro (Zamora) with the aim of turning it into one of the most competitive in Europe, as the company announced this Thursday in a statement. It has indicated that this is the largest investment it will make and adds to the 2.4 million euros invested this year in that factory where production in the northern area is concentrated after the closure of the one in La Bañeza (León).
