In addition to the anniversary, the unit celebrates, this month, the achievement of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, the most widely used sustainable building certification system in the world, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. The international recognition was made possible thanks to actions such as the use of 100% native vegetation in the landscape composition, a 78% reduction in water consumption, an 18% savings in energy, and the recycling of 93% of the waste generated during construction.
