Beginning of agreement on yerba mate: The government of Misiones committed to obtaining a price of 450 pesos per kilo of green leaf in Argentina

There is good news in Argentina's most important yerba mate hub, and it has to do with the fact that the government of the province of Misiones had to intervene in the conflict that keeps the settlers on the roads protesting for a decent price for their production. The government of that province, led by its Minister of Agriculture, Facundo Sartori, took part in the protest of producers that has been going on for months, and promised to get a price for the green leaf of $450 per kilo. In this way, it was agreed to immediately lift the force measures and the roadblocks that were taking place in some points of the province.
