In response to Lithuania's decision to halt the movement of goods, transport, and people through two border checkpoints, the Belarusian government has imposed a ban on the import of certain goods from Lithuania. The banned items include water, beer, wine, vinegar, clothing, used vehicle parts, condensed milk, fruits, coffee, and building products. Lithuania has had the road crossings at Lavorishkes and Raigardas closed since March 1, and had previously closed points at Tveryačius and Šumskas in the summer of 2023.
