The Belarusian government has introduced a licensing system for the export of white cabbage, apples, and onions, to be managed by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, in agreement with regional executive committees. The decision aims to ensure the domestic market has sufficient agricultural products during the off-season, with the right to export granted based on the availability of these products in Belarus and the country's demand at the time of license issuance. This measure will be in effect for the next three months.
