Biocultura 2025 aims to increase the consumption of organic products in Spain

Biocultura, the fair for organic products and responsible consumption, will open its doors this Thursday at Ifema Madrid in an edition that, as a novelty, places "emphasis on its proposals for the professional public," with more round tables and sessions aimed at increasing the consumption of these foods. This year, more than 400 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors will attend the fair, which this year marks its forty-first edition and shares the facilities with the first edition of Expo Sagris, focused on bringing the countryside closer to the city's youth. "During Thursday and Friday, in different round tables, we will analyze the main challenges of the organic food sector," its director, Montse Escutia, pointed out to Efeagro.
