Bolivia is set to expand its meat exports to Russia, including beef and meat from the camelid family such as llama. The country has a large population of camelids, around 4 million, which can satisfy both domestic and international demand. Llama meat is noted for its quality and low cholesterol content. The decision was agreed upon in a meeting between Bolivian and Russian delegations.
