I praised Hristo Hristov's avocados to all my colleagues. But eating Bulgarian avocado from a farmers' market, and such a delicious one at that, is a somewhat strange combination for most customers. It's worth noting. Hristo has been living and working in Spain for 23 years, and for several seasons now, his nearly 120-decares garden, grown in a pure manner, has been sold at markets in Spain and Bulgaria. Today, together with Yordan Gabrovski, they are implementing a joint project – "Fresh Eco Fruit", which also includes Yordan's farm of around 60 decares in the Svishtov region. From Spain, seasonal fruits typical of these latitudes arrive every week for farmers' markets in our country – citrus fruits like mandarins, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, as well as exotic fruits - avocado, mango, cherimoya, Japanese medlar, and others.
