Brazilian export of beef grows and sets a record

Brazilian exports of beef advanced in November and maintained the pace observed throughout 2025. According to data from the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services compiled by the Brazilian Association of Meat Exporting Industries (Abiec), Brazil shipped 356 thousand tons in the month, a variation of 36.5% from the 261 thousand tons sent in November 2024. In revenue, there was an increase of 51.9%, rising from US$ 1.23 billion to US$ 1.87 billion. Abiec reported that "the monthly volume is one of the largest ever recorded," with 318 thousand tons of raw meat. China remained the main destination, with 178.8 thousand tons and US$ 974.6 million, maintaining participation of more than half of the exported revenue. The European Union registered 15.5 thousand tons, totaling US$ 131.2 million, while Russia imported 20.3 thousand tons and US$ 86.6 million.
