Production of butter in Russia in January-August 2025 increased by 1.7% to 228 thousand tons, according to Rosstat. Production of milk, excluding raw milk, during the same period increased by 0.7% to 4 million tons, cottage cheese by 1.6% to 326 thousand tons, cheeses by 0.3% to 571 thousand tons.
