Cambodian processed cashew exports tripled, over 50% shipped to China

According to a recent report by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia, the total export volume of processed cashew nuts in Cambodia exceeded 200 tons in the first quarter of this year, a year-on-year increase of 312%. Although cashew nuts were not added, they were still the mainstream of exports, with an export volume of 271,994.48 tons, but a year-on-year decrease of 39.67%. The report shows that Cambodia exported a total of 213.41 tons of processed cashews in the first quarter, of which 123.38 tons were exported to mainland China, 76 tons to Thailand, 12.1 tons to Japan, and 1.93 tons to Taiwan, China. Cambodian unprocessed cashews exported 271,980.9 tons to Vietnam and 13.58 tons to China.
