Chachapoyas will be the capital of Peruvian coffee starting this Thursday at the IX Ficafé Amazonas 2025.

Producers from the 16 coffee-growing regions of the country will participate in the IX International Specialty Coffees Fair (Ficafé) Amazonas 2025, which begins this Thursday, November 6, in Chachapoyas, capital of the Amazonas region, at the facilities of the National University Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza. For four days, until Sunday, November 9, Ficafé Amazonas 2025 will bring together more than 25,000 people, including producers, suppliers of inputs and machinery, national and international buyers, authorities, tasters, baristas, world-class experts, academics, and coffee aficionados. The regional governor of Amazonas, Gilmer Horna Corrales, highlighted that this edition will offer 14 parallel activities to the exhibition and sale of coffee in more than 350 stands.
