Challenges of digitalization in the Mexican mango industry

For this reason, we have interviewed Engineer Armando Gerstl, an agricultural consultant specialized in new technologies. According to Engineer Armando Gerstl, “consumers and international markets are increasingly aware of the concept of sustainability. Digitalization allows for a more efficient use of resources, promoting a more sustainable mango from an economic, social and environmental point of view.
