Chicken remains the cheapest meat in Ukraine, despite a significant rise in prices

According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, as of October 2021, chicken is the most affordable meat in the country. The average price for a chicken carcass was UAH 72.4 per kilogram, while chicken fillet was UAH 117.4. Pork was more expensive at UAH 124 per kilogram, and beef remained the most expensive at UAH 175 per kilogram.
