The Chilean dried plum industry continues to increase its international presence, consolidating itself as the world's leading exporter. During the first ten months of 2025, Chile exported 75,800 metric tons (MT), equivalent to US$ 247.2 million, according to information provided by Customs and reported by Chileprunes. These figures surpass the volumes and returns of the same periods in 2023 and 2024. Main receiving markets In terms of destinations, China leads imports, with almost a third of the total volume (24 thousand MT) and a quarter of the value (US$ 67 million).
