Chile: Export of dried fruit registers negative figures in January 2022

In this period, dried fruits mobilized 2,659 tons, equivalent to USD 15.35 million FOB, which translates into a contraction of 28% in volume and 26% in value., The main product exported in terms of value is the shelled walnut, which registered sales of 1,070 tons and USD 7.54 million FOB, representing 49% of the total value of shipments of nuts. The main destination was France (7%), the Netherlands (6%), and Ecuador (3%).
