In 2022, China's pork imports fell by 53% to 1.76 million tons and offal imports decreased by 13% to 550,000 tons compared to 2021. However, imports have seen a gradual increase since August, rising from 120,000 tons in June and July to 200,000 tons in December. Ukrainian pork imports also increased by 30.6% in 2022.
