China: public consultation on anti-dumping case involving EU pork

On June 17, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued a notice to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on relevant imported pork and pork offal from the European Union. At the request of the European Commission and the French Interprofessional of the Pork Industry (INAPORC), and to ensure the impartiality, exemption, and transparency of the investigation process, the Commercial Remedies Investigation Office of the Ministry of Commerce has decided to hold a consultation on the anti-dumping case involving pork and pork offal in the Ministry of Commerce soon. The relevant parties are notified as follows: Parties interested in participating in the hearing must apply by October 23, 2025.
