The Polish food law changed the conditions of commercial fishing; for example, the possibility of using such fishing gear as, for example, various hooked gears, including those not specified, has been added, - MIS, including livestock trawls. From the point of view of laboratory tests, it is important to establish the principles of Good Laboratory Practice, which concern, for example, the organization of the test facility, its personnel, quality assurance program, measuring instruments, materials and reagents, test systems, test and reference materials, and test reports. In addition, the method of inspecting and verifying the compliance of test units with certain requirements was indicated, as well as the procedure for obtaining and withdrawing the Good Laboratory Practice certificate.
