"Kurskagroterminal," part of the "Sodruzhestvo" group (the largest soybean processor in Russia), has begun launching the third phase of its oilseed processing complex in the Kursk region. This was announced by Levon Osipov, Minister of Economic Development, Employment, and Tourism of the Kursk region, at a regional government meeting, as reported by "Kommersant." The complex will become the world's largest enterprise for processing oilseed crops, which will be purchased not only in other regions. The total investment in the three phases of the complex amounts to 59 billion rubles. According to Osipov, the "Sodruzhestvo" Group also plans to develop the transport and logistics sector and invest around 7 billion rubles in it. As part of an agreement signed at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, the group's logistics company re-registered in the Kursk region and is actively expanding its fleet of grain and tank cars.
