The Government has concluded the reprogramming of funding sources that guarantee the execution of the projects for the desalination plant in the Algarve, the Pomarão water intake, and the Pisão dam, announced the Minister of Environment on Monday. “We have concluded the reprogramming of the Sustainable Operational Program […], allowing us to finance and co-finance projects that are structural for the country, among which […] the desalination plant in the Algarve, the Pomarão water intake, […] and the Pisão dam, in the municipality of Crato [Alentejo],” stated Maria da Graça Carvalho in statements to the Lusa agency.
