For the design of the experiment, the animals were divided into two groups: the control group received a 100% commercial concentrate and the second group received the concentrate based on flours. Food consumption (kg / day), daily weight gain (kg / day) and feed conversion (kg DM / kg live weight), as well as hematological indicators, were determined. Hematological measurements were performed at the end of the evaluation, prior to sacrifice, when the animals had an average of 96.77 kg of LW and 109 days in the experiment.
