The National Representation of the Congress of the Republic unanimously approved (102 votes) the report that promotes the implementation of plants for the processing of fiber from South American camelids and sheep, with the aim of adding value to these products. The legislative initiative is based on the bill projects 2037/2021-CR, 3170/2022-CR, 7235/2023-CR, 8168/2023-CR, 8178/2023-CR, and 8390/2023-CR, which was exempted from a second vote.
