Icelandic fishing company Skinney-Thinganes has put a pair of Thyborøn’s new Type 28 doors on board groundfish trawler Thinganes . These demersal trawl doors come with a hydraulic jack system that enables the crew to adjust the doors while they are hung in the gallows, making it possible to increase or decrease the door surface area as required.
