Córdoba strengthens its export profile with agriculture as the engine and corn at the forefront

The province of Córdoba consolidated in 2025 an export profile heavily concentrated in the agri-industry, which explained 85% of its income from external sales, in a context marked by one of the best export performances in Argentina's recent history. The data comes from a report by the Córdoba Grain Exchange, which highlights the role of corn, soy by-products, and soy beans as the main goods placed by the province in international markets, in a key year for the growth of foreign trade and the maintenance of the trade surplus. The Córdoba performance was inscribed within a favorable national scenario. According to the market survey, the country closed 2025 with exports of USD 87,080 million, the second highest value on record.
