Argentina: Cordovan pork producers seek to optimize the sector

In 2011, around eight kilos of pork were consumed in Argentina per inhabitant and per year. Currently, that figure has risen to almost 16 kilos per year per person, according to José Arrieta, current member and future president of the board of directors of the Chamber of Pork Producers of Córdoba (Cappcor), an entity that aspires to optimize the enormous potential that has the sector.
