Sales prices of dairy products in Poland At the turn of October and November this year, dairy plants monitored within the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sold butter in blocks for PLN 35.53/kg, which is 7% more expensive than a week earlier and 14% more expensive than a month ago. Packaged butter was sold for PLN 36.25/kg, which is 1% cheaper than a week earlier, but 1.5% more expensive than a month ago. The price of butter in blocks was 59.5% higher than a year ago, and packaged butter – 33%. The sales price of skimmed milk powder was PLN 10.30/kg and was 2% lower than a week earlier and 6% lower than a month ago. Whole milk powder was sold for PLN 18.63/kg, which is PLN 0.03/kg more than a week earlier and 5% more than a month ago.
