Dinner brings together producers and celebrates the quality of sheep meat from the Campos de Cima da Serra

Tradition, the union of producers, and the commitment to quality marked the 3rd Sheep Farming Dinner of the Campos de Cima da Serra, held on Saturday (29/11), in São Francisco de Paula. The event, organized by Emater/RS-Ascar in partnership with the Sheep Breeders Group of the Campos de Cima da Serra, brought together rural families, technicians, leaders, and consumers in a night dedicated to valuing the regional production of lambs. The meeting, which has already become established in the calendar of events in the region, focused on strengthening the production chain and promoting the potential of local sheep farming. Twelve different types of dishes based on sheep meat, prepared with special cuts by the team of Emater/RS-Ascar and its partners, showed the public the versatility and distinct flavor of the lamb produced in the Campos de Cima da Serra.
