The article reports a recovery in the price of green-skinned pomelo in Tien Giang, Vietnam, providing a source of income for farmers and helping them stabilize production and life after the COVID-19 pandemic. The price increase, ranging from 22,000 VND to 30,000 VND per kilogram, is attributed to the law of supply and demand and the effect of the dry season on pomelo harvest. Despite challenges in export, domestic demand for the fruit is high, and its cultivation has the potential to bring high economic value and be a significant source of agricultural income for the province. Additionally, the article provides information on the current prices of live hogs and peppers in various regions, showing increases in hog prices and significant decreases in pepper prices.
