Domestic strawberries, grapes, and Asian pears receive high praise from ASEAN buyers.

Domestic fresh strawberries, grapes, and persimmons were well received by buyers from ASEAN countries. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) held the "ASEAN Integrated Buyer Fresh Product Evaluation Meeting" at the Marriott Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, on the 10th, seeking to expand the ASEAN market for domestically produced new varieties of strawberries, grapes, and persimmons. According to aT, this event was the first to be held in cooperation with export organizations such as K-Berry, the Korea Grape Export Association, and the Korea Persimmon Export Association. Around 100 people, including fresh agricultural product buyers and representatives of major distribution companies from seven ASEAN countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore, attended and showed high interest.
