In the heart of Bulgaria, nestled in the foothills of the Stara Planina mountain range, lies the village of Seliminovo – a place you would hardly associate with a revolution in the food industry. But it is here, on a family farm with over 500 freely raised donkeys, that something begins which is now recognized on a global scale. With a passion for animal husbandry and a vision for the future, the young entrepreneur Marcello Kyuchukov founded the company "Mar-Iv 2016" EOOD in 2018. The farm houses 400 young animals raised on pasture and in freedom. Today, it is one of the largest donkey farms in Europe and the only one in the country specializing in the extraction and processing of this rare and valuable resource.
