"We came to participate by bringing goat's milk and dulce de leche, some little animals, some goats, some kids. We came with the little we could do, since the years don't help," begins Olga Díaz, from the Punta La Loma area. She refers to the 9th Goat, Sheep, and Artisan Exposition that took place last week, on June 6 and 7, at the Pedro Ignacio de Castro Barros Institute in the town of Chañar, in the General Belgrano department of La Rioja. "These meetings are something very good, very nice. You share many things, you make friendships, you meet people. You learn about many ways of working with products, you learn things about the herd and the products that are made," Olga continues. The event had a large public participation and visits from local and provincial authorities.
