Export activities at Laojie Port in Vietnam have seen a significant improvement, with the export value doubling year-on-year. While customs clearance for traditional fruits has remained stable, the export volume and value of durian have increased greatly in recent years. Lao Cai Province is simplifying procedures and creating favorable conditions for exporting durians to China, with the fruit becoming the largest agricultural product in terms of export turnover at Laojie Port.
