Ukraine: During the year, the price of beef increased by 19.7%

In October 2024, the average price of beef in Ukraine rose by 2.2% to UAH 279.76/kg from the previous month's price of UAH 273.8/kg. This represents a significant 19.7% increase compared to the same period in October 2023, when the price was UAH 233.76/kg. These findings were reported by the State Statistics Service, emphasizing that the data do not include territories temporarily occupied by Russia and conflict areas. Azerbaijan is the largest buyer of Ukrainian frozen cattle meat.
