Echo Falls Seafoods will launch new Atlantic salmon products at the North American Seafood Expo.

Simultaneously launching smoked Atlantic salmon snacks, the company calls it a "transformative" product in the snack category, aiming to meet consumer demand for protein, flavor, and convenience, catering to a fast-paced lifestyle. These new products were developed based on the expansion of the Echo Falls salmon roe product line launched in the fall of 2025. Since 2024, the original Ocean Beauty smoked seafood department has been operating under the Echo Falls Seafoods brand, with Ocean Beauty now functioning as a distributor and sister company.
