Ecomachine produces native potato vodka with agro-industrial technology

The Peruvian startup Ecomachine, dedicated to the development and manufacturing of agro-industrial technology, has marked a milestone in the distillates sector by doubling the efficiency of its production processes after receiving funds from the ProInnóvate program of the Ministry of Production. This financial and technical support allowed the company to validate its technology with various raw materials, increasing the production yield from between 25% and 30% to a remarkable 60%.
