Economist Belkharoev predicted famine in the Middle East without grain from Russia

The Middle East and Africa could face starvation without Russian grain. Khadzhimurad Belkharoev, Associate Professor at the Institute of World Economy and Business of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, came to this conclusion, Prime reports.
