The price of eggs has jumped drastically in Europe. There are several reasons for this trend - the bird flu epidemic, the transition to cage-free systems, and other standards for humane treatment of animals. At the same time, import volumes have increased significantly. However, in Bulgaria, the epizootic situation is calm and there is no such trend so far. "Traditionally, the New Year is one of the strong periods of poultry farming. Currently, the market is stable, we are not in a crisis.
