Senators and deputies of the State Duma named the prospects of the agro-industrial complex of the South of Russia

The strategic objectives of the agro-industrial complex of the South are the development of domestic selection, increasing the establishment of vineyards and orchards, as well as the protection and promotion of local wine products on the shelves, said senators and deputies of the State Duma. The main challenge of the agro-industrial complex of the South of Russia in 2023 was the situation in grain production. Last year's record harvest, high performance this year and low grain prices determined the dynamics of the development of enterprises and small farms. Preferential lending has become a key measure to support agricultural producers.
